Your Extended Warranty ensures that if any defect related to materials or craftsmanship appears within the covered period, we’ll repair or replace the item free of charge.

⚙️ Warranty Conditions

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, such as:
- Loose or missing studs, spikes, or rivets.
- Broken buckle or D-ring.
- Leather separation due to faulty stitching or bonding.
- Padding detaching or deforming abnormally under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from chewing, scratching, or tearing by the dog.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., patina, minor scratches, or fading of leather).
- Water damage, improper cleaning, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
- Damage caused by incorrect sizing or excessive force.
Items must be used and maintained properly as instructed.
You’ll need to provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue when contacting us.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original buyer only.
